The client ran CVM campaigns for their Mobile Financial and Digital service offerings with little insight into the target audience or success of these campaigns.

They lacked an understanding of who the clients that use these services were and how they could maximize their potential value. In addition, they were unable to further optimize CVM lifecycle management due to a lack of insight into how successful a campaign was and for what reason.

Thus, the client required an assessment of gaps which – when closed– would enable the creation of detailed reporting capabilities and more targeted campaigning in future phases of the project.
