This module is used to quickly establish a continuous improvement process, along with all the wiring, tools, and disciplines needed to convert ideas into value. CI has the fit-for-purpose balance of simplicity and complexity to manage most continuous improvement programs. It ultimately helps our clients to focus on the critical few priorities that will have the greatest impact on the bottom line and ensure these initiatives become a part of the ‘how you do business’ process.
For managing larger transformation programs, where the complexity and interdependencies make our traditional CI approach insufficient – PMO trades-off some of the simplicity of CI for greater granularity. This solution has similar components to CI, however is specifically built to help organisations drive sourcing optimisation. It enables and establishes the wiring across – business units, procurement department and suppliers. Comprises of KPIs, ideas/benefits tracking, and different RAR functions (including supplier RARs).
